4. Purpose of our AA Site
O Site AA tem os seguintes fins principais (“Purpose”):

11. Legislação Aplicável e Foro
Os presentes Termos serão regidos, interpretados e executados de acordo com as leis da República Federativa do Brasil, independentemente dos conflitos dessas leis com leis de outros países, sendo competente o foro de São Paulo, no Brasil, para dirimir qualquer dúvida decorrente desta Política.
